We strive to make the process of returning or exchanging a product as simple and stress-free as we can because we recognise that products occasionally may not live up to your expectations.
• Returns & Exchanges: Allowed within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
• One-Time Return: Returns are accepted only once per order. No returns on exchanged items.
• Exchanges: To exchange an item, you must first return it and use the store credit to place a new order.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.
• Return Process:
1. Submit a request at https://returns.kidipoo.com with Order ID & Email.
2. Select items for return and confirm.
3. Pickup within 2-3 business days. Pack the item with the invoice & tags.
4. Warehouse receives the item in 8-10 days, followed by a quality check.
5. Store credits issued within 2-3 business days, with no expiry.
