We strive to make the process of returning or exchanging a product as simple and stress-free as we can because we recognise that products occasionally may not live up to your expectations.
Return and Exchange Timeframe
- You have 15 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your purchase for a different item or store credit only if you're not entirely satisfied with it.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
- Simply get in touch with our customer care staff to start a return or exchange, and they will walk you through the procedure.
- Please give our team 48 to 72 hours to react to your inquiry.
Pickup and Quality Check Process
- We will initiate a pickup request for your merchandise as soon as we get your request.
- It will take 3 to 9 working days after it is finished for us to get the goods.
- We will perform a quality check within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the items.
- We will send out the new required item/credit note after the quality check is approved.
Condition and Tag Requirement
To process your exchange/return request, please make sure that the clothing is in an unused condition and the tags are attached.
We cannot accept returns/exchanges for products that have been used or damaged.
Exchange Limitation and Assistance
Once you have exchanged an item, you cannot exchange it again.

Store Credit Benefits
Store credit issued can be used anytime, and there is no expiry for the same.
